Once you step in SeaEsta you will feel like you are on vacation, because you are greeted with a great view. All of your worries and stress just melt away. The view of the sound from the front door and the view of the ocean through the living room is outstanding.

The condo has three good size bedroom, all bedrooms sleep two people, for a total of 6 people. Master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The bunk room and queen room share a bathroom. In the unit you will also find a washer and dryer, which helps when trying to pack light.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
– Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
– a new kitchen scrubber
– a dish towel and washcloth
– dish soap
– dishwasher tabs
– powdered laundry soap
– bar soap per bathroom
– ziplock bags

A separate security deposit for $350 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
