Welcome to Permuda Salt Life, a beautiful ocean front home in North Topsail. This home sits on an Oceanfront B lot, with gorgeous ocean views and direct beach access off of the lower level deck. The home is on a quiet street in the Village of Stump Sound with a large community pool, kayak launch and tennis courts. Linens and many supplies are included so that you can get your vacation started right away!
Bedrooms and Layout:
* 5 Bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen, Twin over full bunk bed, Twin over full bunk bed). All bedrooms have room darkening curtains.
* 3.5 Bathrooms. Newly renovated master bath with double vanities and free-standing soaking tub
* Top Floor: Master Bedroom (Brand new memory foam king mattress) with ensuite, Great Room with dining area, Kitchen, and Half Bath
* 2nd Floor: Four bedrooms (2 Queen Oceanfront rooms, 2 Twin over full bunk bed rooms with dedicated workspaces) and 2 Full Shared Baths. Laundry room in hallway.
* Fully stocked, large kitchen including kids and outdoor dinnerware. Toaster, blender, air fryer, mixer and baking supplies (loaf, muffin, pie, and brownie pans).
* Coffee pot, Keurig, and French Press
* 65 inch flat screen TV in great room. All TVs with Rokus. Spectrum cable available on all 5 TVs via Rokus.
* High Speed Wi-Fi, smart thermostats. Keyless entry. Ring doorbell camera and outdoor cameras in carport areas for security.
* Two downstairs bedrooms with desks/workspaces.
* Hand soap, dish soap and starter supplies of coffee, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags provided.
* Outdoor dining table on top deck along with Adirondack rockers and additional seating
* Assorted Beach Supplies (Toys, Chairs, Beach Tent)
* Charcoal Grill in side yard
* Arcade game in downstairs bedroom

* Pack n play and highchair.

Things to note:
* Parking for 4+ cars
* Due to safety considerations, great room fireplace is aesthetic only and is non-functional.
* While we love our furry friends, this home does not allow pets. There are no exceptions. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
* Non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged $250. You will also be charged an extra cleaning fee and charged for any damages.
* While we welcome family gatherings, we do not allow parties. Quiet time is after 9:30 PM.
* 12 person maximum. Minimum renter age of 25.
* Rental agreement required.
* We are unable to accommodate late check-out’s or guarantee early check-in’s. We will send you a message on the day of your arrival if the home is ready early!
* We encourage purchasing private travel insurance as we are unable to offer refunds for trip interruptions or unfavorable weather. In the event of a mandatory evacuation of the island by state or local officials due to a storm or hurricane, a refund would be issued.
Located in a private oceanfront community, Village of Stump Sound. Home is on an oceanfront B Lot with direct beach access and gorgeous views. Six minute drive to the many restaurants and activities in Surf City. Twelve minute drive to Publix. Thirteen minutes to Food Lion.
A separate security deposit for $850 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.
Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.

Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $500 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Guest receives 97% if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 47% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
