Built in 2018. Come stay in this Joanna Gaines inspired home. This 4 bedroom 4.5 bath will feel like home away from home. Ship lap everywhere, subway tile throughout and accent walls and cool calming paint.

Brand new large private salt water pool. Opens in April and closes in Oct. Having issues getting a gas tank for heating, working on it, supply in down, on wait list.

Equal distance between Surf City restaurants and town and North Topsail restaurants and town.

Huge king master suite takes up the whole top floor, with a coffee machine and mini fridge for those mornings when you want to stay upstairs and enjoy the Inner Coastal water view or the ocean view on one of your two decks, before heading down to company. There is even a little room upstairs for your baby to have their own own space (pack and play) provided. Custom master bath with gorgeous subway tile shower and Marble counter tops.

Walk down the spacious staircase (or take the gorgeous custom wood elevator) to the middle living area, which features an expansive family area. Stainless steel appliances, laundry room, walk in panty, lots of cabinets that are fully stocked with what ever you may need for cooking. Dining table seats 6 inside, the bar seats 5 and the outside dining area seats 6. This floor has 9 foot ceilings, and the ship lap is gorgeous. Plenty of sitting in the living room for movie time, or viewing the news before heading to the beach. There is a half bath on this floor as well.

Continue your walk down the gorgeous stair case, to the main bedroom floor. Here you will find two queen bed rooms with their own bathroom and one bunk room with a bathroom for the kids to enjoy.

Outside, you will find a private large pool and expansive front and back decks with lots of seating to enjoy those ocean views, or sit and catch up or play games. A shower outside downstairs for showering off after the beach.

NO PETS ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. Evidence will be forfeiture of security deposit.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

A separate security deposit for $750 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
