Welcome to “Gay Dayz,” where the family vacationing will be at its best and beckons you to unwind in coastal comfort. Nestled along the pristine shores of North Topsail Beach, (1 mile from Surf City) this enchanting beach house is the epitome of seaside living, offering an unparalleled retreat for those seeking respite from the ordinary.

Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, “Gay Dayz” offers an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. So, leave your worries at the door, embrace the rhythm of the tides, and let the magic of this house’s comfort take you away.

This house is in a premier community on Topsail Island called the Village of Stump Sound, which boasts a community pool, tennis/pickle ball court, multiple beach access locations and a kayak/paddle board launch! Some of the best shelling, pristine beach and gorgeous coastal waters are all in this community! Gay Dayz has an amazing backyard for playing bags, volleyball, badminton, or just the family gathering! Don’t just let the beach play a part in your vacation when there is so much more to do at Gay Dayz! The owners of Gay Dayz have owed the house for over 10 years and used it as their personal vacation home. They also own another rental, The Great Escape, which is directly across the street and oceanfront within the same community. Bedrooms and Layout:
* 4 Bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen and 1 Twin bunk bed, 2 Twin bunk beds). All bedrooms have room darkening curtains.
* 3.5 Bathrooms. 1 master with free-standing jacuzzi tub
* Top Floor: Master Bedroom with ensuite, Great Room with dining area, Kitchen, and Half Bath
* 2nd Floor: Three bedrooms (1 King Master with ensuite and 1Queen with 1 twin bunk, 2 Twin bunks and 1 Full Shared Bath for 2 bedrooms. Laundry room.

* Fully stocked, large kitchen including toaster, blender, air fryer, mixer, and baking supplies (loaf, muffin, pie, and brownie pans), gourmet pots and pans (All clad)
* Coffee pot, Keurig, and ground.
*Additional drink refrigerator

* 55-inch flat screen TV in living room. All TVs with Rokus. 2 masters with flat screen TVs.
* High Speed Wi-Fi, smart thermostats. Keyless entry.
* Desk and chair to place anywhere for private workspaces.

* Hand soap, dish soap and starter supply of coffee, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags provided.
* Outdoor dining table on 2nd level deck along and lower patio
* Assorted Beach Supplies (Toys, Chairs, Beach Tent)

Things to note:
* Parking for 4+ cars in driveway – deep 2-car garage
* Due to safety considerations, living room fireplace is aesthetic only and is non-functional. Pets are allowed for a $250 pet fee. No pets over 70lbs, limit 2.
* Non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged $250. You will also be charged an extra cleaning fee and charged for any damages.
* While we welcome family gatherings, we do not allow parties. Quiet time is after 9:30 PM.
* 12 person maximum. Minimum renter age of 25.
* Rental agreement required. * We are unable to accommodate late check-out’s or guarantee early check-ins. We will send you a message on the day of your arrival if the home is ready early!
* We encourage purchasing private travel insurance as we are unable to offer refunds for trip interruptions or unfavorable weather. In the event of a mandatory evacuation of the island by state or local officials due to a storm or hurricane, a refund would be issued.

Located in a private oceanfront community, Village of Stump Sound. Six-minute drive to the many restaurants and activities in Surf City. Twelve-minute drive to several grocery stores.

A separate security deposit for $850 and the renters’ agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

The renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
