Welcome to Beach Impediment, a 1 bedroom condo with views of the Atlantic Ocean! Covered 1st floor patio with view of Ocean. Sleeps up to 4, King bed in bedroom and sofa with a queen bed. Great for family vacation or couples weekend.
The space
Our condo is updated and well taken care of.
Our condo is close to restaurants and dining, great views, and parks. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and there is a sleeper sofa
Whether you are beach go-ers or enjoy the pool* –
*the pool is open from mid May thru Oct but can close for maintenance or weather on occasion
Guest access
Pool and ocean access from resort and seafood restaurants, boating, fishing, golfing, beach, watersports all within driving distance.
As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
– Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
– a new kitchen scrubber
– a dish towel and washcloth
– dish soap
– dishwasher tabs
– powdered laundry soap
– bar soap per bathroom
– ziplock bags
– trash bags
– toilet paper
– paper towels
– CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.
– Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve
A separate security deposit for $300 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.
Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.

Policy and Notes
Payment Schedule – 55% due at the time of booking and 45% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $300 is due 5 days before arrival and released 5 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Guest receives 95% if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 45% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival. % based on total of reservation.
We love communicating with our guests. To ensure nothing is missed or lost in translation, we be via email or text. At time of booking, you will be required to read and sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a security deposit and provide a copy of a government issued ID for guest booking reservation. Once check out is complete, no damage is confirmed and it appears all house rules and check out procedures have been adhered to, your security deposit hold will be released. Please note that this may take up to 7 business days.
Due to same day arrival and departures, regretfully, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We ask that you do not interrupt the cleaning crew as this will only delay your check-in. The cleaning crew is not authorized to allow anyone access to the property. Should you arrive to town early, there is plenty to do and see! See our digital guidebook for ideas.
1. No pets of any kind. Any evidence of animals and you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
2. No smoking inside, please use the ash tray out back if smoking. Cigarette butts in the yard will incur extra cleaning fees that will be withheld from your deposit. Any evidence of smoking inside and you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
3. Guests staying longer than 1 week can request housekeeping services at an additional cost to provide clean linens and towels and clean living areas. Please contact the host for information on additional cost if housekeeping services are wanted.
4. Parties are not allowed as this home is in a quiet neighborhood.
5. For insurance and safety purposes, all guests must be listed and accounted for on your reservation/itinerary. No more than 4 guests may stay at any time.
6. It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance when booking our home. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, weather, illness, emergencies etc, which could cause you to need to cancel your trip or end it prematurely. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please know that we will abide by our cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel. If you book this unit, that action constitutes agreement with this policy. Under no circumstances will guest receive a reduction in rent, be relocated at owner’s expense or be refunded for any equipment or amenity failure. Property manager/owner, upon being notified by guest of any malfunction will make every reasonable effort to have such appliances/amenities repaired. Replacement or repair during occupancy cannot be guaranteed. Issues must be reported to owner within 24 hours of arrival.
