Welcome to Turtle’s Pace, your exclusive 5 bedroom oceanfront vacation destination. This home located in the very quiet section between the bridges in N Topsail Beach, allmost the middle point for the island for all things Surf City and all things Sneads Ferry.
This gorgeous home will take your breath away as you step off that last step to the living area and take in a 180 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean. With your own private beach access your family will be glad they chose this location. Sip your coffee or wine on the porch sitting on a rocking chair listening to the equipped sound system.
The home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms are King, 2 queens and 4 twins and 3.5 bath. The living area floor you will find the half bath right off the kitchen with deck access right off the front of the kitchen. The master bedroom is right across from the kitchen and features a king bed with a full bathroom with walk in shower. On this area you will find the open entertaining area with kitchen, dining area and living room. There is also a coffee bar/ beverage station with a wine fridge and ice maker.
Take the stairs down to the next floor and you’ll find four bedrooms – two of the bedrooms that face the front of the house, each have a queen sized bed, two twin beds, a closet, TV and their own private balcony looking out to the sound. The other two bedrooms, which are oceanfront, have a king sized bed, closet, and TV in each. There are two hallway bathrooms that are shared between the four bedrooms, both with double sinks one with stand-up shower and the other with a bathtub/shower combo. A full washer and dryer can be found tucked away in the hall closet. Take the door at the end of the hallway, and you find yourself stepping out onto a spacious covered deck featuring 180 degree ocean views and outdoor seating, from this level you can walk right out onto the catwalk.
Guests have access to an outside shower. A highchair and pack-n-play are available. There are two full length garages on either side of the house as well as a long driveway which provide parking for 6-8 cars.
There is also a 220V EV car charger for guest use (be sure to bring your charging cord)! A gas grill.
As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
– Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
– a new kitchen scrubber
– a dish towel and washcloth
– dish soap
– dishwasher tabs
– powdered laundry soap
– bar soap per bathroom
– ziplock bags
– trash bags
– toilet paper
– paper towels
– CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.
– Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve
A separate security deposit for $1000 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.
Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.

Payment Schedule – 55% due at the time of booking and 45% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $1000 is due 5 days before arrival and released 5 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Guest receives 97% if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 47% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
