1 bedroom condo with views of the Atlantic Ocean! Covered 2nd floor patio with view of pool. Sleeps up to 5, Queen bed in bedroom, daybed in alcove, two couches with a queen bed in one of the couches. Great for family vacation or couples weekend – you need to bring your own linens/towels or rent locally. .
Our condo is updated and well taken care of.
Our condo is close to restaurants and dining, great views, and parks. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a day bed in the alcove. Of the two large couches in our living room, one is a pull out couch. (As typical at NC beaches, linen rentals are additional or you can bring your own)
Whether you are beach go-ers or enjoy the pool* –
Pullout couch is just that…a pullout couch. There is an additional mattress pad on the Queen bed that can be moved to couch mattress for comfort, but it does not fit inside when folded up.
*the pool is open from April thru Oct but can close for maintenance or weather on occasion
Pool, ocean, laundry area,(laundry is on site but not in unit- it is a laundromat style that is it is in a separate building on-site) seafood restaurants, boating, fishing, golfing, beach, watersports
Other things to note
Gallager’s Highwaters Sports Bar(walking distance, good food), Trailer Bar(Live Music), Surf City Line Tacos, Island Delights(50’s style burgers and ice cream), Crab Pot, Sears Landing Restaurant( Good Seafood and outdoor bar, can get there by boat), Shuckin’ Shack (Oysters, Seafood) Daddy Macs, Highway 55 Burgers, Hardee’s, Beach Bunny Grill and Ice cream shop, Fresh Seafood Market, JM’s Bar and fresh seafood market(Live Music), IGA grocery store, Surf shops, Marina, ABC store, 2 donut shops

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
– Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
– a new kitchen scrubber
– a dish towel and washcloth
– dish soap
– dishwasher tabs
– powdered laundry soap
– bar soap per bathroom
– ziplock bags
– trash bags
– toilet paper
– paper towels
– CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.

A separate security deposit for $350 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.
Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
Pool closes in Fall/winter
Policy and Notes
Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $500 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Guest receives 97% if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 47% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
